Taking Care of Our Customers
Our sorters are critical in your logistical process. They are also a part, and often a key driver of a company’s growth. Therefore, whatever happens, you want to know that they can rely on our solution. Through our Service and Support team we offer various solutions to maintain, repair, or optimise your automated sortation process and provide you with the peace of mind that you need when investing in automated sortation.
Not only that, but we are also here to give advice about the latest developments on our sorters and pro-actively support our customers to prevent unplanned downtime. Our team is quickly available to provide customers with the tools, parts or capacity when required and will make sure that the customer’s sortation process can keep on going. We truly care about our customers and are only satisfied when they are successful.
Hotline
One of the key drivers of low Total Cost of Ownership and quick problem resolution is our hotline. Customers that have a hotline contract have direct access to our helpdesk with trained service engineers. Hotline customers have priority handling which means that our team will start working directly on any issue at hand. Due to the simplicity of our design all of our sorters can largely be maintained by on site staff that require little technical knowledge. Most issues that cannot be resolved by on-site staff can be solved remotely by our technicians, but if required we will get on the road directly to visit the customer site and work on a solution.
Maintenance, refurbishments, relocations
Maintenance
Our sorters have a long lifetime when maintained correctly. Customers can choose to do their own maintenance, or ask EuroSort for maintenance. We will give you a recommendation of a maintenance schedule that is build on 20 years of experience in automated sortation. When EuroSort does the maintenance for you we will provide you with a detailed service report with expectations for future maintenance.
Refurbishments
EuroSort sorters are extremely reliable. At the end of life (or 1st life) you can choose to fully or partially refurbish your existing sorter instead of buying a brand new one. We can provide mechanical, electrical and software refurbishments for most of our existing sorters.
Relocations
because EuroSort sorters are so reliable, it is not uncommon that during the lifetime of the sorter our customers move to a new location, expand their current warehouse or distribution center, and need to relocate the existing automation. The service and support team has great experience in relocating sorters. This relocation is often also used as an opportunity to refurbish the sorter since it is already being taken apart.
