About the Eurosort Push Bar Sorter
Originally designed in the United States, the Push Bar Sorter has now been overhauled for applications across the globe. With its first installation dating back to 2004 the Push Bar Sorter (also called a Pusher Sorter of Push Sorter), is a proven tool in the EuroSort toolbox for operations looking to automate their manual processes. As one of the two linear sorter types that EuroSort offers, it is the perfect solution for end-of-line sorting or inbound sortation.
The wide range of sortable products, extreme layout flexibility, and easy scalability allow our Push Bar Sorter to achieve a quick ROI and significantly increased productivity in all operations.
Inbound or Outbound sorting
The Push Bar Sorter offers both uni- and bi-directional sorting allowing for the accurate discharge of a large variety of products into an extremely tight destination such as an outbound carton or mailsack. Whether it is inbound sorting of cartons to VAS area’s, warehouse locations or counting stations, or outbound sorting (end-of-line) to expeditors or postal codes, the Push Bar Sorter can handle it all.
It is a great addition to an already existing automated sorter on site or other automated processes and can process up to 4000 items/hr. Like our other automated sortation systems, our Push Bar Sorter is designed to be space conscious and requires minimal maintenance.
